Oriflame 23rd anniversary event

Its nearly a year now that Prudent Diva has been committed to writing about fashion and beauty. Through the journey I felt like life is not just talking about fashion and make up, what rather important is the confidence of women. Such feelings of mine couldnt be illustrated more better by the event that I attended lately by Oriflame.

It was a 23rd anniversary celebration a few days back and the members decided to make it as grand as they could. As i entered, i felt the feminine vibe all dressed up in the celebratory red theme. Red as they said, is the colour of december signifying christmas and the season of marriages.
I imagined the event to be a beauty event featuring products like any other beauty company does, but this felt more than that, it was like a annual day for the women there who live their life to the fullest and are appreciated for their contributions towards being independent by Oriflame.

The show had women who are at a senior position inspiring the newbies to gear up and get ready to earn money. Oriflame also offers oppurtunities to visit places outside India to experience the place and be a part of the training and it was a wonderful session by them talking about how they earned their opportunity. What here interested me was that they were motivated and a desire was inculcated amongst women to think of themselves beyond home makers.
Along with the tips and tricks were the discussion of the incentives they would be getting this month and the coming year.

There was also a little fashion show showcasing the new collection with no profesional models but the lovely women associated with Oriflame. The memorable part of the event was the new launch of perfumes that were launched by spraying generously among the crowd which made it feel mesmerizing.
There was dance, music and a ceremony awarding all the achievers of last month.
It was an event filled with optimism, love and respect for everyone, and i wish Oriflame all the best and thanks for inviting me over.
